Salon & Spa Appointments

• All Appointments do require a deposit of 50% of the total price which is charged at time of booking. Your deposit is ENTIRELY NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the cancellation reason. Time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Refunds will not be given to adjustments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment time, as we are often unable to re-book these appointments on such short notice. This policy is designed to benefit all of our guests and provide the best quality service for our customers.

Signature Parties & Workshops

• Please contact the store for full list of party booking policies. All parties do require a deposit of 50% of the party price which is charged at time of booking. Your deposit is ENTIRELY NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the cancellation reason.. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. You will be charged the FULL AMOUNT if not given 24hr notice of cancellation or No SHOW. There may be other parties before and after yours, so you will not have use of all areas simultaneously during your allotted time slot. When you arrive we will have a cart at the front of the store to set the cake, gifts, and any other items. As soon as your cake room is ready, our team will take your things back and set it up for you.

Special Events & Girl's Night Outs

• All events do require a pre-payment to register. If your child can not make it to the event and cancels with 24 hour notice the credit may be used only towards another special event or girl's night out event within 90 days of original event.
